Aqua Stepper – acuatic stepper machine



The support of the water assists the user in maintaining a constant exercise load whilst working all of the leg muscles. The Aqua Stepper is of particular benefit to the quadriceps, bicep femoris and the gluteus muscles.

The load is varied by altering the position of the feet on the pedals. Placing feet near the front of the step creates less resistance, whilst placing them towards the rear of the step creates greater resistance).

The duration of the exercise is regulated by use of the integrated timer.

The absence of impact associated with repetitive step activities ensures minimum stress on joints and muscles whilst achieving beneficial aerobic exercise.
